Finding Our Creativity.

Finding our creativity has many paths and many of those paths over-lap. The paths may follow areas of experimentation, courage, reflection, brave action, breaking taboos, happy accidents, sharing ideas, exploration, day dreaming, happenstance, imagination, fantasy, recollections, and even collaboration.

Paintings.

Acrylic on canvas is my main medium.
Capturing the essence or energy of a subject all the while
acting as a translator, interpreter or transformer.

Sculptures.

Stone sculpting is very rewarding.
Stone is a living material, the colour, texture and density
allows me to feel the possibilities that the stone will yield.

Sketches.

Capturing the essence of a subject quickly adds charm to the piece. Spontaneity guides the process with technique of the chosen medium.

Photos.

Most photography that is artistic and expressive, is about
capturing a fleeting moment in time.
Capturing a moment of special light and shadow.
Using a vantage point that would be hard to duplicate. . . .then click it’s done.
